Email support@chaosaudio.com with your order details and a description of the cable fault. We will help with the repair or replacement process.

A clearer cable warranty request. Compare a cable: Test another cable in the same connection. Describe the fault: Intermittent signal, connector, or no sound. Contact support: Send order details; keep the faulty cable. Chaos Audio guitar cables have lifetime coverage for the original purchaser.

Identify the problem
