Use the Chaos Audio app for both Stratus and Nimbus. Download it through the official Apple App Store or Google Play listing.

Find the official app

The store listing is the authority for whether the current public release supports your device. The app is free to download; optional effects and additional AI builds may cost extra.

Choose where you want to work. iPhone / iPad: Get Chaos Audio from the App Store. Android: Get Chaos Audio from Google Play. Web browser: Open FX Builder to create effects. Use the official store listing to check compatibility with your device.

Phones, tablets, and the latest app

The latest app code supports iOS/iPadOS 15 or newer and Android 8 or newer, with tablet layout improvements. These are preview software requirements, not a guarantee for every device or public store version. Do not confuse Android’s target API level with its minimum supported OS.

Using a computer

You can use FX Builder in your browser without installing the mobile app. Mac availability of the mobile app depends on its App Store listing and your hardware; this guide does not promise a native Windows or Mac editor.
