Store accounts, app accounts, and missing purchases

Use your store account for order history and your Chaos Audio app/FX Builder account for effects and presets.

Store account

Open chaosaudio.com and choose the account icon. Follow its sign-in or recovery instructions to view eligible order information.

Which account do you need?. Store: Order history and eligible order information. Chaos Audio: App, FX Builder, effects, and presets. TONE3000: Separate capture access and authorization. Use the same Chaos Audio account in the mobile app and FX Builder.

App and FX Builder account

Use the same Chaos Audio account in the mobile app and FX Builder so your created effects and personal presets can appear in both workflows. TONE3000 authorization is separate.

A purchase or created effect is missing

  1. Confirm which email/account you used for the purchase or creation.
  2. Check that you are signed into that account in the app.
  3. Refresh the library or use the account’s supported restore option.
  4. Contact support with the order/effect details if it remains missing. Avoid buying it again before checking.
