Nimbus outputs, headphones, and recording

Nimbus’s announced connections include stereo line outputs, a headphone output, and a USB-C audio interface.

Choose an output
| Destination | Connection |
|---|---|
| Powered speaker, mixer, or PA | Use the appropriate line-level input with Nimbus’s line outputs. |
| Headphones | Use Nimbus’s dedicated headphone output and begin at a low volume. |
| Computer recording | Use the USB-C audio-interface connection and select the supported Nimbus audio device in your recording software. |
| Passive speaker cabinet | Do not connect it to a line output expecting speaker power. A suitable power amplifier is required. |
Final recording details
Production documentation will need to confirm the available USB channels, bit depth/sample rates, monitoring options, driver requirements, and exact routing. Earlier 2-in/2-out and 24-bit claims should not be treated as final instructions until confirmed.
Stereo versus effects processing
Stereo speakers and outputs describe hardware capability. They do not establish that every effect or input path processes stereo independently. Use the routing supported by the final firmware.
